⚠️ Remind Lightweight Staff About Recent Inactivity

🔸 Case 1: ⚠️ Mild Inactivity (e.g., no contribution this week)

text
Hi, we noticed that you haven't made any contributions to the Atomeocean GitHub project over the past week.
Please remember to stay minimally active (around 3 hours/week) to meet the expectations of a lightweight contributor role.
If you have any special circumstances, feel free to let us know — we're happy to accommodate when needed.

🔸 Case 2: ⛔ Ongoing Inactivity (e.g., no contribution for multiple weeks)

To maintain your lightweight contributor status, we ask for consistent weekly participation (code, documentation, or communication).
If you're currently unable to continue, please let us know in advance. We may need to pause your current involvement. Thanks for your understanding.

🔸 Case 3: ✅ Active Contributor (positive feedback)

Thank you for your continued contributions — we really appreciate your effort and collaboration.
Please feel free to reach out if you need support or want to explore more areas to get involved!

Lightweight Work Definition Clarification

🚫 Difference from "Token Employment"

Lightweight work is not token employment or a purely nominal affiliation.

Per Atomeocean participation requirements, lightweight work requires a minimum of approximately 3 hours per week of active engagement, including but not limited to: code commits, design collaboration, documentation upkeep, or internal communication support.

Please confirm that you understand the requirements and participate in the project accordingly. We encourage flexible collaboration, but we also value equitable contributions from all team members.
