Corporate Position Statement

Atomeocean solemnly declares its firm opposition to and strict prohibition of all forms of visa status maintenance through unlawful employment arrangements. As a law-abiding technology innovation company, we steadfastly adhere to the principles of legal and compliant operations, strictly following all requirements of U.S. immigration laws and regulations.

Scope of Application

This statement applies to, but is not limited to, the following visa categories:

  • F-1 OPT (Optional Practical Training)
  • STEM OPT Extension
  • CPT (Curricular Practical Training)
  • H1b Work Visa
  • All other types of U.S. employment-based visas

Specifically Prohibited Conduct

Atomeocean explicitly prohibits the following activities:

  1. Sham Employment Relationships: Establishing nominal employment without providing genuine job positions
  2. Status Maintenance Schemes: Employment arrangements solely for maintaining legal immigration status without actual work
  3. Payroll Fraud: Misrepresenting salary levels or work hours
  4. Falsification of Work Records: Fabricating job responsibilities or project participation records

Compliance Requirements

All Atomeocean employees and partners must:

  • ✓ Ensure all employment relationships are genuine and valid
  • ✓ Actively participate in company projects
  • ✓ Submit accurate work records in a timely manner
  • ✓ Comply with all provisions of U.S. labor and immigration laws

Consequences of Violation

Any violation of this policy will result in:

  • Immediate termination of employment
  • Reporting to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and relevant law enforcement agencies
  • Potential legal action
  • Permanent prohibition from any future collaboration with Atomeocean
