- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and prepare reports to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, assess needs, and recommend solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and adjust strategies as needed.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management.
- Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting business operations.
- Assist in project management, including planning, execution, and performance tracking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Management Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and statistical methods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Knowledge of project management principles and tools is preferred.
