Job Description

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable BI solutions (dashboards, reports, ETL pipelines).
- Analyze user behavior, platform performance, and business metrics to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with product/engineering teams to define data requirements and KPIs.
- Transform raw data into clear visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to support strategic decisions (e.g., user engagement, feature ROI).
- Ensure data accuracy and governance across reporting systems.
- Communicate insights to stakeholders through compelling storytelling.
- Optimize data workflows and advocate for best practices in BI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- No prior professional work experience required.
- Technical Foundation:
- Familiarity with SQL and cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker).
- Familiarity with Python/R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Basic understanding of ETL processes and data modeling.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into business recommendations.
- Basic knowledge of statistical methods (e.g., regression, cohort analysis).
- Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English (cross-team collaboration essential).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with dbt, Airflow, or machine learning concepts.

Compared with the Level I posting, the only added minimum requirement is Mandarin-English bilingual communication.
