Job Description

Support our marketing team in elevating Atomeocean’s visibility and engagement.

You’ll assist in executing data-driven campaigns, contribute to cross-channel strategies under senior guidance, and help turn insights into growth.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, content) to boost platform adoption.
  • Contribute to brand messaging under supervision, supporting consistency across all touchpoints (website, ads, social media, PR).
  • Assist in analyzing market trends and user behavior; prepare reports to support optimization decisions on marketing spend.
  • Support SEO/SEM, paid social, and affiliate marketing efforts under senior direction.
  • Collaborate with product teams on feature launches under guidance, helping gather user stories and case studies.
  • Participate in and support community-building initiatives including webinars, partnerships, and influencer outreach.
  • Assist in tracking KPIs (CAC, LTV, conversion rates) and compiling campaign performance reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • No prior professional work experience required; internship, academic, or project experience in growth marketing, brand management, or digital marketing is welcome.
  • Technical Foundation:
    • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, or similar.
    • Exposure to or coursework in SEO/SEM, A/B testing, and CRM platforms.
    • Copywriting and visual storytelling skills (Canva/Adobe Suite a plus).
    • Familiarity with marketing automation and attribution modeling.
  • Data-savvy mindset with ability to derive insights from metrics.
  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English (for global campaign coordination).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in SaaS, edtech, or HRtech industries.

Preferred But Not Required

All preferred qualifications are optional and are not minimum requirements for the position.

These preferred skills do not increase the complexity of the offered position and do not elevate the wage level.

Wage Level Justification

This posting is classified using the worksheet method from the DOL's 2009 Prevailing Wage Determination Policy Guidance (see Wage Level Determination). Baseline occupation: Marketing Managers (O*NET-SOC 11-2021.00), Job Zone 4 — experience range over 2 and up to 4 years; usual education: Bachelor's degree (Appendix D education/training category 4).

Compared with the Level I posting, the only added minimum requirement is Mandarin-English bilingual communication. Under Step 4, a language requirement other than English is generally treated as a special skill for all occupations — the guidance's own example scores a customer service position requiring Chinese-English bilingual skills at +1.
