Job Description

Lead our marketing efforts to elevate Atomeocean’s visibility and engagement.

You’ll design data-driven campaigns, own cross-channel strategies, and collaborate with teams to turn insights into growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, content) to boost platform adoption.
  • Own brand messaging, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints (website, ads, social media, PR).
  • Analyze market trends and user behavior to optimize ROI on marketing spend.
  • Manage SEO/SEM, paid social, and affiliate marketing strategies to scale acquisition.
  • Partner with product teams to launch features, leveraging user stories and case studies.
  • Lead community-building initiatives (webinars, partnerships, influencer collaborations).
  • Track KPIs (CAC, LTV, conversion rates) and report on campaign performance.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • More than two years of professional experience in growth marketing, brand management, or digital marketing.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, or similar.
    • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, A/B testing, and CRM platforms.
    • Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills (Canva/Adobe Suite a plus).
    • Familiarity with marketing automation and attribution modeling.
  • Data-savvy mindset with ability to derive insights from metrics.
  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English (for global campaign coordination).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in SaaS, edtech, or HRtech industries.
