Signature Attestation
Applicants must confirm the following:
- The application is signed by the applicant.
- The request is for CPT authorization.
- Any address change must be reported to the school within 10 days.
- Unless exempt, the student must continuously maintain required health insurance.
- The student agrees not to begin work until CPT has been approved and the authorized start date has arrived.
Processing time
Trine's official CPT page states that initial review can take up to 14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If corrections or resubmissions are needed, processing may take longer.

Notes
Based on student feedback, some Experiential Learning Agreement forms have previously been rejected with limited explanation, often citing the need for an "official signature" without referencing a specific policy provision.
