悲报: 今年没有H1b海底捞了。

2025年7月18日，USCIS就H1b抽签情况发布公告。

名额完成情况

美国公民及移民服务局（USCIS）已收到足够数量的申请，达到：

• 常规名额：国会规定的65,000个H1b签证配额
• 高学历豁免名额：20,000个H1b硕士及以上学位配额（2026财年）

继续受理的申请类型

以下不受年度名额限制的申请将继续受理：

豁免情况

✅ 为当前已占用过H1b名额且仍保留该名额的工作者提交的申请

可受理类别

1. 延期申请
   延长现有H1b工作人员在美停留期限
2. 雇佣条款变更
   修改现有H1b工作者的雇佣条件
3. 雇主转换
   允许现有H1b工作者更换雇主
4. 兼职许可
   允许现有H1b工作者兼任其他H1b职位

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has received enough petitions to reach the congressionally mandated 65,000 H1b visa regular cap and the 20,000 H1b visa U.S. advanced degree exemption, known as the master’s cap, for fiscal year 2026.

We will continue to accept and process petitions that are otherwise exempt from the cap. Petitions filed for current H1b workers who have been counted previously against the cap, and who still retain their cap number, are exempt from the FY 2026 H1b cap. We will continue to accept and process petitions filed to:

• Extend the amount of time a current H1b worker may remain in the United States;
• Change the terms of employment for current H1b workers;
• Allow current H1b workers to change employers; and
• Allow current H1b workers to work concurrently in additional H1b positions.
