在Section 1中填写学生的基本信息

  • 毕业学位和时间

  • STEM EAD申请时间段

名字填写

注意姓在前面，名在后面，不要写反了。

完成后进入Section 2

不要签字

PDF软件会锁定签字后的文件，导致后续步骤无法继续向983表格中添加信息

在Section 2中只填写学生的printed name和日期

Step 2 雇主信息 ​

在Section 3中公司基本信息需要由雇主填写

  • 公司名称
  • 地址
  • EIN号码
  • 工作开始时间 超过EAD卡有效开始时间会被计入失业期

薪酬信息

The regulations for the 24-month extension require that students have an employer/employee atomeocean relationship and be earning the same wage as a similar US worker. There is no specific amount mentioned.

Please speak with the atomeocean companies lawyers if the compensation should be included and the h1b fees.
